The service
BlueTubeTV (operated by BluRing Holdings LLC, Wilmington, NC) provides live streams, a local business map and directory, merchant loyalty punch cards, giveaways, and merchant deal alerts by SMS. Using any of these means you accept these terms.
SMS program
Deal alerts are sent by BlueTubeTV on behalf of the merchant named in each message, only to numbers that opted in, at about 2–4 messages a month per merchant. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Merchant offers
Deals, rewards, and specials are the merchant’s offers, honored by the merchant at their location. BlueTubeTV relays them and administers the punch card ledger but is not the seller and sets no prices. Reward availability, substitutions, and expiry are the merchant’s call.
Fair use
One punch per real visit. Do not automate, spoof location, share staff PINs, or attempt to redeem a card you did not earn. We may void entries and cards obtained by abuse. Giveaways and scratch cards run under the Official Sweepstakes Rules below.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, BluRing Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, and its total liability is limited to amounts you paid to us in the prior twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes belong to the state or federal courts covering New Hanover County, NC.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Material SMS-program changes are announced in a message before they take effect.
Official Sweepstakes Rules
What these rules cover
Two promotional mechanics on this platform involve chance: giveaways (a drawing from free entries) and digital scratch cards (an instant-win play). These rules govern both.
Loyalty punch cards are NOT a sweepstakes and are not covered here: punches are earned by real visits and the reward is fixed — there is no element of chance.
NO PURCHASE IS EVER NECESSARY to enter or win, and a purchase does not improve your chances. Entry is always free.
Sponsor and administrator
Each promotion is administered by BlueTubeTV, a platform of BluRing Holdings LLC, Wilmington, North Carolina. The prize sponsor is the merchant named on the giveaway page or scratch card; that merchant funds and fulfills the prize. When no merchant is named, BlueTubeTV is the sponsor.
Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Not eligible: employees, owners, and contractors of BluRing Holdings LLC / BlueTubeTV; employees and owners of the sponsoring merchant for that promotion; and members of their immediate households.
Entries marked as internal tests are excluded from every drawing.
Giveaways — how to enter and how the winner is drawn
Enter free on the giveaway’s entry page by submitting the entry form with your name and contact details. One entry per person per giveaway. The entry period opens and closes at the times posted on that giveaway’s page; entries outside the window are not counted.
One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries after the entry period closes, using a cryptographically seeded random draw in which every eligible entry has an equal chance. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The prize is described on the giveaway page and is funded and fulfilled by the named sponsor. No cash substitution unless the sponsor offers it.
Winners are notified by email (and by phone if provided) after the draw, and may be announced on the platform’s winner page. If a winner cannot be reached or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, an alternate winner may be drawn the same way.
Scratch cards — how to play and how winners are determined
Play free by scanning the participating merchant’s in-store QR code. Playing costs nothing and requires no purchase. Because the promotion belongs to a physical location, you must be at the merchant to play, and per-person daily play limits apply. Each promotion’s start and end dates are shown with the card.
The outcome of each play is decided at the moment of play by a cryptographically secure random draw at that promotion’s set win rate. Odds are set per promotion by the sponsoring merchant and administrator. A promotion may cap the number of wins per day: when the day’s cap is reached the card says so — odds are never silently changed.
The prize is the merchant’s stated offer on the card, funded and fulfilled by that merchant. Winners see the result immediately and receive a claim code; claim instructions and any expiry are shown with the code. Prizes are merchant offers only — never cash or credits.
General conditions
Automated, duplicate, or fraudulent entries and plays — including location spoofing — are void and may disqualify the participant. Decisions of the administrator are final. Winner contact details are used to deliver the prize and are handled under the Privacy Policy; winners’ phone numbers are never published.
