🚁 FALCON Pilot Agreement

To register as a FALCON drone pilot, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Hold a valid FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate • Maintain current registration for all drones operated • Carry minimum $1,000,000 liability insurance (recommended) • Pass our verification process FALCON is a marketplace connecting drone pilots with clients. Pilots operate as independent contractors, not employees of BlueTubeTV.

💰 REVENUE SPLIT FALCON Platform Fee: 12% of completed bookings Pilot Earnings: 88% of completed bookings Example: • Client pays: $500 for a real estate shoot • Platform fee (12%): $60 • Pilot receives: $440 Payment Schedule: • Payments processed weekly via Stripe Connect • Minimum payout threshold: $50 • Direct deposit to your bank account The platform fee covers payment processing, marketing, customer support, insurance verification, and platform maintenance.

As a FALCON pilot, you agree to: • Comply with all FAA regulations and local laws • Maintain valid certifications and insurance • Respond to booking requests within 24 hours • Arrive on time for scheduled jobs • Deliver professional-quality work • Handle client data with confidentiality • Maintain professional conduct at all times Failure to meet these standards may result in account suspension or termination.

Pilot Cancellations: • 48+ hours notice: No penalty • 24-48 hours notice: Warning issued • Less than 24 hours: $50 fee deducted from next payout • No-show: Account suspension + $100 fee Client Cancellations: • 48+ hours: Full refund to client • 24-48 hours: 50% refund, 50% to pilot • Less than 24 hours: Full payment to pilot Weather and emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Pilots are independent contractors and are solely responsible for: • Their own liability insurance • Equipment damage or loss • Injuries occurring during operations • Compliance with aviation regulations • Any claims arising from their services BlueTubeTV is not liable for any incidents, damages, or claims arising from pilot operations. We strongly recommend carrying at least $1,000,000 in liability coverage.

Clients may leave reviews and ratings after completed jobs. Pilots with consistently low ratings (below 3.5 stars) may face: • Reduced visibility in search results • Required performance improvement plan • Account suspension Pilots may respond to reviews professionally. Fraudulent reviews from either party will result in review removal and potential account action.
