🎯 Sponsor Agreement

This Sponsor Agreement governs the terms of advertising and sponsorship on the BlueTubeTV platform. By purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to these terms. BlueTubeTV offers tiered sponsorship packages that include logo placement, ticker mentions, featured overlays, QR code promotions, and raffle integrations across our live streaming network.

BRONZE TIER - $99/month • Logo in sponsor rotation • Ticker mentions (5 per stream) • Monthly analytics report SILVER TIER - $199/month • All Bronze benefits • Featured sponsor overlay (2x per stream) • QR code raffle integration • Priority placement GOLD TIER - $299/month • All Silver benefits • Exclusive stream segments • Custom overlay branding • Dedicated account manager • Premium analytics dashboard

Sponsorships are billed monthly in advance via credit card or ACH transfer. All payments are processed through Stripe. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months. Late payments may result in suspension of sponsorship benefits until the account is current.

Sponsor content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. BlueTubeTV reserves the right to reject or remove sponsor content that: • Contains false or misleading claims • Promotes illegal products or services • Is sexually explicit or obscene • Contains hate speech or discrimination • Infringes on third-party rights • Is otherwise deemed inappropriate Sponsors are responsible for ensuring they have rights to all logos, images, and content provided.

BlueTubeTV provides sponsors with analytics including: • Impression counts • QR code scans • Viewer demographics (when available) • Stream reach and engagement Analytics are provided as estimates and BlueTubeTV does not guarantee specific performance metrics or results.
