By accessing or using BlueTubeTV ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BlueTubeTV is operated by Blue Ring Holdings LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. The Platform provides live streaming services, sponsor advertising, drone pilot marketplace (FALCON), and related entertainment services focused on the Wilmington, NC area and beyond.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Users may not: • Stream or share illegal, harmful, or offensive content • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operations

You retain ownership of content you create and stream on BlueTubeTV. By using our Platform, you grant BlueTubeTV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Platform's services. BlueTubeTV may remove any content that violates these terms or applicable law without prior notice.

BlueTubeTV and Blue Ring Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Hanover County, North Carolina.
