BlueTubeTV partners with venues in Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas to provide live streaming coverage of events, performances, and daily activities. Venue partnerships include: • Live stream coverage on our platform • Map visibility with "LIVE" indicators • Sponsor overlay integration • Viewer analytics and insights • Cross-promotion opportunities

💰 VENUE REVENUE SPLITS Standard Partnership (No upfront cost): • Venue receives: 60% of venue-attributed ad revenue • Platform retains: 40% Premium Partnership ($199/month): • Venue receives: 75% of venue-attributed ad revenue • Priority scheduling and placement • Custom branded overlays • Dedicated support Venue-Sourced Sponsors: • Venue receives: 80% of sponsor revenue • Platform retains: 20% Tip Jar (if enabled): • Venue receives: 70% • Platform retains: 30%

Venues and BlueTubeTV will coordinate streaming schedules that work for both parties. Standard coverage windows: • Weekday evenings: 5 PM - 11 PM • Weekends: 12 PM - 12 AM • Special events: By arrangement Venues may request blackout periods for private events. 48-hour notice is appreciated for schedule changes.

EQUIPMENT OPTIONS: Option A - Venue Provides Equipment: - Venue uses own streaming setup - BlueTubeTV provides technical guidance and support - No equipment deposit required - Full platform access and integration Option B - BlueTubeTV Equipment (select markets): - Cameras and encoders provided where available - Installation and setup included - Equipment deposit may apply - Priority given to Premium partners Venue Responsibilities: - Reliable internet connection (25 Mbps+ recommended) - Power outlets in camera locations - Safe mounting locations - Staff point of contact For equipment inquiries, contact partnerships@bluetubetv.com

By partnering with BlueTubeTV: • Venue grants permission to stream from the premises • BlueTubeTV may use footage for promotional purposes • Venue may request takedown of specific content • Both parties may share clips on social media Music licensing is the venue's responsibility for live performances. BlueTubeTV provides royalty-free background music options.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination: • Equipment will be removed within 14 days • Final revenue share paid within 30 days • Content archive available upon request • Both parties released from future obligations Immediate termination may occur for violations of terms or illegal activity.
